Shipping & Returns



  • We know you want your item and we'll get it sent out to you as fast as we possibly can.
  • Generally we ship within 24-48 hours (business days) after payment, unless stated otherwise in the item description.
  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item and your location.
  • We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe quality shipping.
  • Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order.
  • Packages are not shipped on Saturday, Sundays, or holidays.  Transit time varies and depends on the carrier.  As much as we'd like to, we can't control USPS, UPS, or FedEx, or make them go any faster.

International Shipping:

  • Many firearms parts and accessories are not able to be shipped internationally due to U.S. export regulations.  Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this. If we can't ship it internationally, then we can't ship it internationally.  No amount of begging or pleading will change this.
  • With all of the items we can legally ship internationally, we are happy to do so.  This includes all non-firearms related items (packs, gloves, clothing, etc.).  It also includes things like custom grips and items that are not regulated by ITAR regulations.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by your country's customs.  Any additional international charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Back Orders:

  • Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer and on rare occasions may be on back-order with them.
  • If your item is on back order you will be notified immediately and given the option to keep the order open and wait or have it refunded.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Easy!!!  We make make it easy and painless to return an item.  If you don't like it for whatever reason, send it back within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping costs (unless stated otherwise in the item description).
  • All returns must be in new, original condition and must include the original packaging, tags, and all content intact.
  • Please be sure to properly package the return item to avoid damage.
  • To start a return, please contact our Customer Support at support@aztectactical.com and you will be assigned an RMA number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package to process your return and issue a refund.
